That’s about the markup dealers are charging on some trucks.

It seems like everything is over priced. You can’t buy anything new for 14K. My 2021 Taco OR is getting 22 MPG avg. short trips. With 5.00 a gallon for gas every MPG helps.

Enjoy your truck! That’s the norm now a days but with the amount of miles you can get out of it in the end it will be negligible. At least that’s what I say to myself .

I'm waiting on a 2022 Access cab Sport 4x4 AT w/ LED headlights.
I ordered at the end of Oct. from Maui Toyota, no money down.
Got the breakdown last week. The truck should arrive beginning of June.

    MSRP. 39,395.00
    DOC Fee. 395.00
    tax. 1658.00
    License fee 359.00

    total. 41,807.00

The salesman told me I got my order in just before the cutoff, and the prices from there went up $450.00
Looking forward to the 22mpg, currently getting around 16 mpg, on my 2008 sport.
Depending on how stupid I want to drive with my Sprint Booster settings.

You well love it. Congratulations on your new TACOMA. I nailed my 21 OR at 55 today and it immediately kicked down and RPM’s went up to 4000 and the exhaust roared and it hit 6000 rpm and shifted up and lowered the rpm’s to 4000 and when it hit 6000 again i let off the go pedal and noticed i was going 85 mph. My 19 sport never ran this hard. 4A761899-F51D-4481-8FBF-0F2BFFD31600.jpg

Saludos desde Georgia. I’ve just bought a TRD Sport 4x2 for 39 papeles! I’ll be busy with mods all year. There is a place in Avenida Campo Rico where they sell the seat covers, but I don’t know if they are still of the same quality as 20 years ago (durable canvas or flimsy cotton cloth).

You can have them tint the front two windows to match the rear and back windows while you are waiting.
They did the tint, rain guards on the windows, all weather mats along with the tow package as well.

    I purchased my 2018 TRD-OR a year ago….

    Story Time:

Purchased my 2012 AC for $13,500 with 96k from my brother.

Last year the rear drums failed, had them replaced and a week later the fronts failed. I had the 2nd gen towed to my local dealer in PA after having it repaired the first time in NJ.

While the truck was in service I walked the lot and saw a 18 TRD-OR with no price. I talked to the dealer about the truck and they told me to wait while they got me a price. They came back with a price of $35k with 32k miles.

I traded in the 2nd gen for $10k with 152k miles and put 5k down. I purchased the wheel/tire warranty, key fob and glass warranty brought the price up to $38,000 all said and done.

I have a $2000 deposit on a new 2022 White SR DblCab 4x4. Got the deal at Lou Fusz Toyota in St Louis. Nancy Shubert is the sales person. GREAT to work with! They are just charging me MSRP $35,097 plus a doc fee of $350. Many dealers in the area are charging over MSRP...some up to $5000 over. I was no way/no how gonna do that. I am very happy with the deal I got. They sent me the build sheet and the truck has already been assigned a vin # so they think it'll be here about the 3rd week of July.
