I'm in upstate, NY and I just put a deposit down on 2021 TRD Off-Road, 4x4, double cab, V6, automatic, short bed that I will be paying MSRP for - $38,992. The truck won't be here until late October and the deposit was to mark it as being sold when it arrives at the dealer.

    Optional equipment - $537
    Base model - $37,280
    Delivery and handling - $1,175

I sold my 2004 Tundra on FB marketplace in less than a week for $4,500 more than what I was offered for it as a trade in at one of my local Toyota dealers. The guy who bought my truck rented a car and drove 5 and a half hours to pick it up. The buyer lives in Vermont and said he looked as far away as Pensilvania for a decent used Toyota (for a decent price) and couldn't find one.

Yea I’m hoping the dealer that offered $41.8k will counter offer $40k. And hoping October brings a good deal from Toyota... though that 2021 Badlands Bronco DOES look pretty awesome...

Oh man I'd be hard pressed not to go for the Bronco...love my mom's JLU rubi when we swap vehicles every once and awhile, if I had no use for a bed...

I dropped the $100 refundable reservation, probably wouldnt get it until late 2021 :/ hope ig the configuration page comes out this month to facet a final price. Bronco6g has a texas group buy thread where a bunch of people are trying to get 1 or 2 dealerships to give MSRP or below with no-bs addons by getting all Broncos to get shipped there

I think the Jeep guys were doing similar when the JLUs started showing up.

If you haven’t put anything down yet, find a fleet manager and ask if he’ll sell to you. Right away mine offered $41.8k, MSRP was $44.5k. I only found one dealer who beat that in Texas

Placed an allocation order about a week ago. Haven’t heard yet if it’s possible. But yeah, I think the halt of 2020 production and demand being really high right now is making these trucks go for dang near close to MSRP... unfortunately.

2021 DCLB TRD OR Army green
    Premium OR package
    Tech package
Led head lights and black bezel
    $42,245

sad to admit how much I’m paying. Could get a full size for that price.

Don't be too sad, even the domestic 1/2 tons are going for close to MSRP these days at $50k +, market is crazy.

Roughly 40k MSRP said they would throw in plenty of discounts since I bought a 2020 6 months agos. Curious to see what they get it down to
Also once I out in the deposit it'll be here in 48 hours

I priced out a Sierra AT4 and came out to over 60k. Then I came to my senses. 45k for my DCLB build ain’t so bad given its fully loaded.

Worst part is even those are limited in inventory and commanding close to MSRP. Local Chevy and GMC dealer only have 2500's left on the lots. No way in hell I'd pay anything more than 20% off MSRP on a domestic 1/2 ton.

am Pro grille w/lights, black tailgate letters, black badging, 265-70-17 Duratrac "c", Rear seat platform,
I was at the local Toyo dealer last Friday for some wiper inserts ...they had a stock '17 Off Road AC with 106K miles for $35K. It was in very nice shape but had over 106K miles on a 3yr old vehicle. It made me feel great about buying my 17 Sport Access cab last year with just under 20K miles for under $30K. The dealer had no new Tacos or Tundras in stock at all. Only a couple used ones priced high. Supply and demand again....
