What are you paying for your 2021 Tacoma? (price thread)

Does Carmax sell new cars also, or is this just used ones?

 

Just bought a 2021 Off-road

Dealer discount $1,000
Paid $37,188

 

12% off sticker.

After taxes and fees 41,345 minus the 1,000 rebate the total 40,345

 

12% is more plausible. But you said you paid 38k.

 

I ended up getting a $1001 discount from the dealer and a $1000 rebate from Toyota. I decided to get an extended warranty too, as I keep my vehicles for years ( the last two, almost 12 years each), and I got a slight discount of about $250 on that.

 

The Carmax Dealership in Laurel Maryland sells both new TOYOTAS only and used cars. Have you looked on their website or called the dealership?

 

2021 TRD Sport 2WD 4 door 5' bed. I will get it at 31K, but no more than 34K before tax.

I see these prices at truecar for great price and fair price avg.

Fair? Reasonable?

This pricing sounds very low considering the market and inventory. Where do you live and where do you plan on purchasing?

 

Nevermind, I see you are in Houston, TX. That pricing would be near impossible to get in So. Cal from what I have seen and heard from dealers.

 

Do dealerships actually honor TrueCar prices? I am looking for 2021 TRD Sport Double Cab Long Bed.

 

I had success with a truecar quote yesterday. Even negotiated $1000 more off the truecar price with the dealership via email.

 

Many Toyota dealers in the SW are doing $1000 cash rebate or 1.9% financing on new Tacomas until 11/30 as part of Toyotathon. Hoping this continues in December until end of year as I have not pulled the trigger yet. . .
