Thanks! Luckily, I really like the Magnetic Grey as it was the only truck on the lot. The long bed was a must for me. I have 2 dogs and a kid, and the cargo space in the short bed that I upgraded from was always maxed out. I don't do any serious off roading, just lots of dirt roads, so I thing this truck will be perfect for me.

Two young kids here and lots of dirt/sand roads with car camping in the future. Same rationale... Wife required Magnetic Grey and I agree it looks very classy. Our other car (hers) is the same color.

    Purchased 12/31/2020 WA State
    2021 4x4 OR DCLB Cement
    Add-ons: Floor Mats/Sill Protectors & Tailgate Insert

    MSRP: $39,412
    Dealer Discount: -$2,029
    Selling Price: $37,383
    Less Rebate: $1,000
Cash Price: $36,383 (~8% off MSRP)
    Sales Tax: $3,850 (WA)
    "Negotiable" Doc Fee: $150
    T+L: $700
    Total Cash Price: $41,933

Asked for pro wheels, pro grill, tonneau cover, anything basically - as some members here said they were successful with. They were not willing to add in any accessories whatsoever. Best they offered was dealer cost. It's a tough market for Tacoma buyers right now. Overall, happy with the experience and love the truck so far!

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 12 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
FWIW ... I went to look at some 2021 Tacoma's yesterday. I know one of the GM's and we had a 10 minute conversation. He indicated that Tacoma production is going upon fast and discounts are increasing and will continue to increase in the next few months. I have been seeing many more Tacoma's on dealer lots in the last week or so. I am in the SET area.

He said it was crazy for a while ... as some USED Tacoma's were bringing their NEW truck price :spending: for a short period of time.

Thanks to those of you who have posted. It helped me get a deal I was happy with. I think it helped that I was buying on the last day of the year and I just found a dealer that this worked for. I shopped it around to several others in WA, OR, and ID and couldn't do better.

Can you PM me the dealer if you don’t mind. Been looking for a dealer that’s willing to negotiate.

Here it is, would have liked to do a little better, but it seemed very unlikely in my area.

    1. 2021 TRD OR DCLB Mag Grey ($39,065) + w/ LED Headlights/fogs, all-weather mats/door sill protector, predator tube steps, mudguards, bed lights ($1,660) = $40,725
    2. Dealer discounts: $1,500 + $1,660 (all options gratis) = $3,160
    3. Price before TTL = $37,565
    4. % of Discount off MSRP = $3,160/$40,725 = 7.8%
    5. Incentive = $500 + $1000 down
    6. OTD = $40,888.52
    7. 12/28/20 in Maine
My paperwork printed strangely, so hopefully that is at least somewhat helpful.

TRD Pro - Automatic, Magnetic Gray Metallic - Mudguards and Remote Tailgate Lock.
    MSRP - $48,273
    Price - $47,390

The local dealer would only go MSRP + $5000 on a Pro. The Phoenix dealers (about a dozen) would quote anywhere from +5k to +10k (or more). Vegas dealers were the same. SoCal as well.

Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. I'm also still trying to figure out if there were some additional dealer-installed options that didn't make it onto the MSRP sticker or if they are standard on a Pro. Paint Protection, Wheel Locks, Hood Graphic (Black Vinyl behind the fake scoop) Window tint on the front sides for what is essentially a match to the rear sides. I had a production 'order' with the local Prescott dealer for a loaded up Premium Off Road, but the wait was killing me...
