That would work if I lived where a Library had such a plan. Never heard of that before.

I did not need to drive a few miles for cell service from where I live. None of the carriers have ever worked here.

I only had a cell phone for work since I no longer work I seldom make 10 calls a month.

Ah too bad, if you have an ipad or similar you should be able to use the libby app. I recommend signing up online at a library (doesnt have to be local to my knowledge) for a digital card and you can link it to your libby app and youll be good. Ive helped my cousin from the Philippines before haha so if you need help you can always PM

Mrs JGO and I started doing that when we all got locked down. E-books was all that we could get. We got "KOBO", I detest Bezos. We are very pleased.

Currently reading Braiding Sweetgrass and picked up a book named Atiqput; both are somewhat of a memoir, a combination of science, history, personal lives and lived experiences. Saw a book by Solomon Ratt which would've been interesting but I opted to put it off and buy locally instead of from a chain.

I was working my way through Lord of the Rings but I can't remember where I am in the second book and it's been in storage for a while. The movies were incredible, but I actually found the extended versions to be far too much. The writing style of Tolkien as a longer form (even the difference of say 40 minutes on screen) is much more suited to reading and imagining for yourself.

I used to read so, so much as a teenager and lost it for a long time. I just didn't have the attention span. However, reading books now has been a learning experience and a way of rebuilding pathways and regrowing neurons. I was in a car accident and sustained what is now a TBI (it's been a year and a half I think, post concussive symptoms syndrome is long gone) and neuroplasticity is something I've been trying to work on. Not so surprisingly enough, Lord of the Rings is one hell of a brain workout.

And my friend recommended me Genghis Khan and The Making of the Modern World by Jack Weatherford. I started reading it today, but I can't say something yet. Last week I finished Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami, and I loved it. I needed to read it, analyze it, and write a paper based on it, which turned out to be pretty complicated. But with the help of https://edubirdie.com/proofread-my-paper, I managed to do it fast because finding and correcting all my mistakes without any help can be complicated. So that I focused on writing, and editing, and getting help was the best decision.

excellent book (Rose). And one of the few where the movie pretty much does it justice. Sean Connery and Christian Slater

I’ve always got a read going.

    The latest I’d recommend:

The Lords of Easy Money by Christopher Leonard to understand why the US dollar is the most abundant resource in the world.

The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins for a fun, fast-paced fantasy with a very unique take on our modern world.

Reading book 18 of Dragon Heart by Kirill Klevanski and I'm just kinda burnt out on the story. 2 more books in this series and it's complete, so I guess I'll finish it out.

Why are you being forced to read these books??

If your burnt out put it aside till later.

This happens to me quite often sometimes in the middle of the book even . It might be months even years later.

Then it is new and exciting and fun reading.

I read so much many hours a day.

Right now Ilona Andrewes The Hidden Legacy series All There are Books I enjoy.

Before that it was a few of Pip Ballantine & Tee Morris The Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences novels
