Yes agree, very easy to continue the series. Amazing acting of the Wayne character. He's Irish with a super thick Irish accent so amazing accent he did.

 

I was disappointed in it. The best character was played by Paul Dano.

 

I had mixed feelings about Dano's character. I think it was a stellar performance he turned in, probably well written, but the direction was pure shit. There were a couple of scenes where the incel cringe they were going for was way too over the top and it distracted from the rest of the already anemic film.

Interesting take on the character, but for gods sakes it's the riddler, not Paul Rubens' Mystery Men.

 

I didn't know that, there are quite a few actors/actresses that have accents we don't always realize.

 

It took me awhile to accept that Idris Elba has a British accent after I first saw him on The Wire playing a Baltimore, MD gangster. Just did not compute in my brain lol.

I put that Primal cartoon on as background noise.

Wound up being fairly good. Most of season 1 has a weird Heavy Metal vibe to it, the start of Season 2 got me sucked into the story.

 

Been watching “the last ship” on Hulu. Almost through season 2. It’s entertaining so far.

Just finished Purple Hearts.
Maybe not the best script in the universe but I tell you what, it did a great job bridging the divide a lot of people seem to be facing right now.

Fantastic overall I’d say.

Just finished New worlds the star trek show on Paramount and enjoyed it.

Now watching hand maids tale and its def interesting

 

Sharps (Rifles, Eagle, Enemy, etc). It’s streaming on YouTube (in 1080P.) I’ve seen it on DVD (in 480i). Haven’t watched it in ~20 years. It holds up well.

rewatching True Detective season 1, one of my all time favorites. Been years since I watched it

season 2 was a big swing and a miss though, I seem to remember season 3 being OK but none of them compared to season 1.

 

13 Lives Prime, Thai boys in a cave. Not bad I guess if you don't know the story. The real documentaries are better IMHO. It's long.
