Kleo on Netflix was pretty good. I've voiced my love of German content on Netflix previously, and this show continues the love affair. It starts off a bit like a GDR version of Kill Bill, but morphs a bit in the last 3 episodes to be a bit more deep and serious. Uwe is probably my favorite character, such an arschloch.

I really tried to give the Resident Evil series the benefit of the doubt, waded 3 eps in, waste of time.

Uncharted just gets sillier and sillier as the movie progresses, to a point that by the end I was tuning it out.

Day Shift was better than I expected, and concur that it is a fun popcorn movie, given how warn out the genre is.

 

About 5 episodes into Skin Walker Ranch on Netflix. Pretty good, some shit seems creepy. Makes me want to go out there.

And saw Top Gun Maverick, awesome movie, no woke, no politics, just entertaining. Favorite part was when Maverick met with Iceman. Great movie.

Watched the first 2 episodes of Tales of the Walking Dead. Pretty lame so far. Little to no zombie action and the production values seem to be relatively low budget compared to the main series. And I couldn't care less for any of the characters.

House of the Dragon's first episode did not pull me in like Got's did. I'll keep watching because I'm sure it will grow on me.
It was just picked up for a 2nd season. I thought it was going to be a complete story, told in this one season.

 

10000 percent agree about the walking dead stories. I tried watching the first episode, it was fucking terrible. Almost like a high school kids project when it comws to quality. AMC is just trying to wring every cent that they can out of this show.

I couldn't call any douche "Dragon." Seemed liked a big ass cry baby. Always walking around w a fucking rifle.

 

Watching “Mo” on Netflix. Pretty good.

 

Finished up first season of Yellowjacket’s on showtime, it’s pretty good. Then began watching Your Honor on showtime, and so far so good.

 

Just watched "Top Gun Maverick" and simply enjoyed it.

It gave me the "sweetest taboo." lol

 

I really enjoyed Your Honor, was supposed to just be one and done but heard they're going to do a second season recently.

 

Good to know, me and the wife are trying to find good shows to watch together. Definitely hard to do with a 3 month old. Hope all is well with you and the family!

 

Well I for one, am so far behind on watching movies that I could spend a week on Netflix trying to catch up. So far I watched a few good movies. SAS rise of the black swan, The Dig, Uncharted was okay. I watched one where some special forces guys robbed a Central or South American Drug Lord and got greedy with the money. Not terribly impressed with that one, but it does show you what happens when "Greed" fucks up a good plan.

 

Congrats on the baby! Ours is just over 2 and a half years old now and nights are harder than ever lol. But it's still worth every moment*
