I consider that whole Grogu-waiting-for-his-roundel-to-come-out-of-the-smasher segment a flashback. But, maybe I was half dozing off and dreamt that.

 

Yeah, I just considered it part of the episode. IDK

 

The mando episodes are so ridiculously short.

 

It was like 20min. Annoys me

 

Luther on Hulu. Has 5 seasons ranging from 2-6 episodes each. So its short. But i enjoyed it. It plays into the new release movie on NF and thats where the series ends and the movie picks up

 

Infinity Saga - In timeline order. Never watched it this way before.

We watched it last night

It's strange - and weird but maybe people don't understand the underlying meanings.

You know the word banshee, the old lady is the Banshee for sure when she portends the deaths of people.

The story is a representation of the Irish revolution. Of all the nasty years, the 1920's were probably the worst. They purposely showed the calendar year to show this.

When the cop says the guy committed suicide. "Had to have been a Protestant" etc. The guns and cannons off in the distance.

Cutting the fingers off, despite the hand. The cop passed out masturbating and buggering his own son. The dead donkey. The sister. They were all representations that maybe a history buff might get. But mainly the two main characters, maybe not best friends, but got along OK, then one for seemingly arbitrary reasons, stuck in the same place together one doesn't want to be friends. At all.

 

Succession on HBO max

 

I just couldn't help but wonder what it's like to scramble around Glen Canyon Rec Area dressed in full Mando costume. I bet some of those helmets smell like a middle school locker room.

 

Iron Man 1 & 2

 

We got 11” of snow today, so I stayed inside and watched season one of Shadow and Bone.

 

Finished Daisy and the Six last night.

Kinda meh over all. Probably hit all the things about sex, drugs, rock and roll. Nothing new there. Some good acting, some piss poor acting. Cast selection on one hand was good, on the other hand the make up and production showing the characters 20 years later was kinda not realistic. All that, extremely touching when they show who is actually recording the band members reminiscing. Kudos, well done on that!

You are going to think Fleetwood Mac more than once.

I say you can watch it, surf Tacoma world at the same time or whatever. Kinda puffy.

True detective hbo Max

 

Started Breaking Bad about a week ago. I'm still on season 1. It's slowed down a bit from the first two episodes but I'm gonna try to keep watching it to see if it picks up any. A friend told me he absolutely loved it so I'm hopeful that it doesn't disappoint.
