I looked at that, is it worth watching?

 

It’s a fun violent romp but season two would be a thin plot imho

So, at first I gave it 20min and that was like two weeks ago. I was like this is slow and boring. This morning I woke up early and decided fuck it. Put it on and it def got pretty dark towards the end. I would give it a shot but it’s def not for everyone. It’s kinda weird

The only thing I don't like is the writer's not subtle swipes at conservatives.

 

Just watched "Ted Lasso" on AppleTV. Funny as hell!

 

Changed my mind. Didn’t want to discuss storyline. Agree with your comment.

 

The show is still worth watching, just stupid they include some of that extra junk. Most people don't notice it. Like Jennifer Jason Leigh is supposed to sound like a conservative commentator.

Ozark - Season 1 ep 10. Some cringey moments in this one.
Well, I guess more cringey that some episodes so far.

 

I watched and didn't enjoy it that much. Too slow, and couldn't get into it like Dicaprios other movies.

 

I cannot dispute any of that..........

It is very slow and I said, sometimes damn disconnected.

I always hate racial hate. The show is based on that. Wedging the KKK and OK race riots in there was definitely over the top, and to make EVERY white person on the train station a DEVIL seemed too much but I it's not like she wouldn't think that. It's a nasty truish story.

DiCaprio portrays the guy pretty good, his acting is good especially toward the end when she asks him the question and he doesn't answer..........

 

I gotcha. It did cover some important topics and I resonated with those. However, I felt it was just a little too long of a movie for my taste, and as mentioned didn't really do it for me like his other films. A couple notable favorties of his that I like are Aviator, and Shutter island.

 

Minor Premise (HULU) - Decent movie that blends a Memento-esque fractured timeline with the multiple personalities of Split.
