What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

I felt the opposite. I thought it was great and a good follow up from the earlier seasons ‍

Thanks. Thats how I felt about it when I saw the trailer. I was going to give it an attempt, but I think you changed my mind.

 

The black lesbian cop in the trailer had me wanting to punch my TV with the "attitude" right out the gate. I may give it a try but I doubt I'll last the 30 min Pablo did.

 

I would watch it then form an opinion about it instead. Everyones a little diff

 

Don't disagree. I have watched all of the True Detectives. Like I said, I will probably give it a shot but my expectations are super low.

 

Super low expectations is always good because youll be less disappointed or more surprised. Win/Win

 

To each his own. But wow the acting is so terrible.

You know I REALLY don't care what people's preferences are, but some shows the last few years want to make sure I know. That said, I've gotten so used to that I don't even care. It's just that the storyline is all mucked, jumpy - not smooth and the acting was complete shiite. Forced. Not natural. I just plain didn't want to waste any more time. Just my opinion man.

It's all good, I'm sure we will find some lousy show tonight.

BTW we jump back into the Rome documentary 3rd one, S3 on Caligula. Can we draw the line at screwing just one sister instead of all three? He got the one pregnant and she died. Wow!

 

Totally understand where you are coming from. There's plenty of shows that cater more towards your likes. Maybe I wasn't paying attention that well, so it didn't bother me. I normally just have shows on in the background

 

Tacoma FD on Netflix, just finished binge watching all the seasons.
I thought it was great.

 

I feel like I went into Reacher season 1 with low expectations and was still disappointed.

 

Well I was nuetch on Season 2 and man, yeah I needed a lower bar. Season 1 was at least better than I expected.

I still enjoy it when then big man some kind of fit or size issue.

 

True detective season one was great. You can just stop there.

 

I lent my wife's parents my season 1 DVD and they finished it in about 2 days. They were super excited to see there was a second season until I told them it had nothing to do with the first season.

 

Wife wanted to watch Season 2 of Outer Banks on Netflix since we never finished watching it, then watched a few episodes of season 3.

 

just started it. The series usually starts boring hope it gets better!

Started True Detective season two. Saw first two episodes with the Mrs. Not bad so far.

 

This MOVIE was on Hulu

Turned out to be an OK sci-fi watch. Basically bio-engineering gone off the rails. And yes girl power. Men are portrayed as evil or dead/dying. Acting is kinda rank. But nothing much else on.
