Just got around to watching the most recent episode of the grand tour, they look really old and tired. And I think poor Jeremy is dying of cirrhosis.

 

Yeah, they are getting boring and predictable at this point.

 

I think they’re trying to get into the meta of the show that a lot of it is staged, and Amazon signed the contract with them for an X amount of episodes and this is more of a contractual obligation than anything else. Didn’t really enjoy it. I’m still looking forward to the next season of Clarkson’s Farm, tho.

 

Was wondering if there was a season two. Google says 10 episodes and it’s done.

My only (minor gripe). The book is really from Englishman Blackthorne's perspective. Yeah I understand this new show gives a different view excellent at that. Let's see what he does...........a couple left

 

Last Episode of Tokyo Vice. Great show, gonna miss it. Good ending though.

 

Enemy at the Gates, forgot how good this was. Haven't seen it in years. It's on Pluto TV right now (free), just have to deal with the commercials.

 

Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Peacock. Completed S6, on to S7. There is no letdown in comedy. Each season has been funny with just a handful of episodes that were ‘eh’.

It’s a Wonderful Life (1946). Plex. Acting was great but was not impressed with the story line. I found it full of holes.

 

I liked that one too.

Not sure if I’ll watch the other 2?

 

Don't forget the prequels, Alien Covenant and Prometheus. The latter was pretty good.

New show called Mary and George on Max

 

North by Northwest (1959). Tubi. A Hitchcock thriller; good acting but with several illogical making decisions by the characters.

Rescued by Ruby. I love that movie and I have to rewatch it every so often.

 

I remember that movie. I liked it also. Based on a true story.

 

This Sporting Life (1963). Tubi. This movie was on a challenge list. Good acting but it was kind of a yawner due to it’s length. Sad ending.
