What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

Adolescence on Netflix, 3rd episode in. I did not like how it started at all, however, it has turned into something that is quite riveting to watch.

 

Sakamoto days on Netflix, sort of like mob psycho meets fat John Wick.

 

The Residence, Netflix. This series really moves along, binge worthy.

 

Finished The Residence tonight, great short series.

 

Just started season 2 of Archer on NF

 

Will Trent latest. He does a good job of portraying the burden carried by cops. Decent episode

 

Like “it’s always sunny,” I have those on DVD because I’m not sure if the streaming services are backdoor censoring/cutting out things they might find “problematic for sensitive audiences.”

 

Den of Thieves 2 Pantera on Netflix

 

Stir of Echos (1999). Tubi. Good psychological horror flick. Started to watch the 2007 sequel but gave up on it. Completely different feel and had none of the original cast.

The Search for General Tso (2014). PlutoTV. Documentary on the savory Chinese chicken dish - strictly a US dish now, like cashew chicken and chop suey. Spoiler: the General Tso chicken dish was invented in Taiwan but immigrated to the US in 1950’s where it flourished. Today, Chinese nationals have never heard of the dish, but the general is revered in his province.

All the King’s Men (1949). Tubi. The ubiquitous story that absolute power corrupts. Good cast - won Best Actor and Best Supporting Actress Oscars.

Going to binge watch it.

Rewatching “Vice Principals” on MAX now. If you have a twisted sense of humor I promise you will enjoy!

The funniest gratutiestisticus violence to be had Reacher v. Paulie. Great episode!

Wheel of Time S3 E5. Decent, lesibian and homo stuff not in books, but show does a better job of exposing the Black Ajah IMHO. Book is always "who is who and doing what"

 

I ended up watching the Dodgers hosting the Tigers...opening day game in LA...Dodgers Won!

Need to watch Final Episode of Reacher this weekend.

Pride and Glory (2008). Tubi. An intense police drama similar to training Day in intensity. Solid cast with Farrell, Norton and Voight.

Bad Boys (1983). Tubi. A classic 80’s film I had only seen bits and pieces before. Good flick.
