The Boys, season 4 and Gen V just before that. Gotta see Gen V before season 4 as they tie together.

 

I watched happy Gilmore 2 on Netflix…. Over hyped imo

Lewis on Britbox. Not quite as good as the new Morse (Endeavor), but better than the ancient Morse. Watchable, good cases.

 

On Amazon Prime: "Downton Abbey" & "Person of Interest". Still trying to figure out if Harold really survived or if it was a dream sequence.

 

New Dexter Resurrection drops today, Paramount Plus (premium). This series has been surprisingly great. Dexter New Blood was a big let down so I was hesitant with this one).

 

When you say drops today do you mean this weeks episode? But, yeah it was a good one today

 

Man I loved all of downton abbey

 

The shows were good, movies suck

 

Silver Linings Playbook (2012). HBO. With that title, I was expecting a sports flick, haha. It was a little that but I enjoyed it. Very good acting ensemble. Until I read the film notes, I did not know Lawrence won an Oscar for her performance, which was good.

Billy Joel: And So It Goes (2025). HBO. Did not know he is on his 4th marriage. Good documentary - the 5 hours goes fast.

Parasite (2019). HBO. That was very entertaining. I got attached to our antiheros.

 

Great movie. Haven't seen it in a long time

 

Lord of the Rings series (HBO): Haven't binged the series sober since I was a wee lad. Still holds up, Legolas is that guy

The Hobbit series (HBO): Never watched the last two until now, what a great trilogy!

LOTR Rings of Power (Prime): First season was pretty good, will finish the second this week

 

That's like 20 hours of video. I usually binge those in the winter months.

 

Likewise, but the past few years was Star Wars.

 

Fixed, Netflix. Adult animated. Not for the kids.

i haven’t yet, wasn’t very intrigued by the initial promos but the ones I’m seeing lately have me interested. Will probably give it a shot this week
