What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

wow didn't realize they had that many seasons. I enjoy the take on how the society is interacting, and how folks are starting to question how to best keep things going.

 

season 1-4 are on netflix. season 5 is just now coming out on the CW (which you can view anytime on their app)

 

I just finished watching the last season of Ripper Street on Netflix. 5 seasons in total. It was one of the best shows I've seen in a while. BBC is really good at making Victorian Crime Dramas. Similarly BBC America did a show called Copper set in the 5 points during the 1860's and it was equally good but only 2 seasons. This show set in London after the recent Ripper murders was very good and I never felt that it lacked in any of the seasons. Also looked forward to spotting the next Game of Thrones actor as they appeared in an episode. The show carried it's momentum from beginning to end I thought and I'm kinda sad there isn't more.

 

Mute, Radius, Bright are all pretty good movies

The Rain, and 3% are good series if you can deal with the english dubbing


Altered Carbon is good but don't watch with kids, parents or in-laws
I really enjoyed The Shannara Chronicles, Marvel's The Punisher, Ozark, The Last Kingdom, Frontier,
The OA. All of those are really good series

 

For me on Netflix it's been: Frontier, The Last Kingdom, The Ranch, Friends...
And the only show I've seen on Amazon: All or Nothing: Dallas Cowboys

I watched that series and enjoyed it. It did leave a lot of unanswered questions.

 

I'm currently watching Ozark.

I'm still not sure if it was because it was that good or the lead woman is that hot

I enjoyed that show.

 

Yeah, I have searched and searched for years to try to figure out what the &#! $ happened, with little success.

WHAT? You can catch seasons 1 and 2 on prime, but will have to pay for season 3 as it is currently on the air on SciFi. It is an epic show....in my humble opinion

 

Let me know what you think. Considering it starts life as a cable program, the production quality is unreal.

I finally got around to watching shot caller, and all I can say is holy shit. INTENSE. That was an awesome movie, and will likely be one I’ll watch multiple times.

Watched the entire 1st season of the new Lost in Space on Netflix in a week. I thought it would be hokey at first, but got hooked quickly by the first episode.
