Re-watching Entourage

 

Just watched Manifest on Netflix. Starts off strong, falls off a little here and there. There's some drama involved as well.
All together not too bad, but definitely corny

I've been watching Titans on HBOMax. It's pretty good. Not life changing.

 

We watched the Falcon and Winter Soldier mini-series (Disney). Not bad really. Not too preachy.

PS: We came into this cold, must have missed a movie or show or comic book that set this all up, but we figured it out pretty quickly.

 

"Slither" lastnight. Pretty good. Dark humour.
"Last Shift" dumb.
"How I live now". Pretty good.
The Val Kilmer documentary. Pretty good.
"Mean Man" Chris Holmes documentary. Pretty good.

All on prime.

 

Need to check that out. Clyde Lewis was talking about it on "Ground Zero" lastnight on my way home from work.

 

I just finished The Defeated on Netflix. IMHO, great period drama that covers a period of time in Germany not familiar to most Americans. This series reinforces my opinion that the only Netflix studio consistently turning out quality is the German one. The list of German series seriously worth watching include:

Dark
Babylon Berlin
Dogs of Berlin
Tribes of Europa
Skylines (hip-hop one)
The Same Sky (unfortunately not currently on Netflix now)
Freaks
Perfume
A Perfect Crime (documentary)
Oktoberfest Beer and Blood (iffy recommendation, but original at least)
Biohackers (a bit goofy but kept me watching through the end of the 1st season)

 

Dark is an amazing show, one of my favorites. I've only seen season 1 when it first came out with only subtitles (not dubbed over). Rewatching it now since it's been a couple years.

 

I like listening to the Dark soundtrack too when I'm at work lol. Great music

 

Letterkenny on Hulu. If you liked Trailer Park Boys and Corner Gas, Canadian humor at its best.
