two-toned leather seats in dash pioneer nav, dvd, bluetooth, cd, sirius system

I'm looking to buy a new Tacoma. It will be the third one I own. There are so many add on options, some that are worth the dealership doing some are better left to be done after market.

In saying that, what are your favorite specs and features of your Taco? Do you recommend dealer or doing yourself?
