What AT

I think my transmission may be starting to slip, slightly. Trying to be ahead and research and know things beforehand.

I have the A340F, correct? (F being 4x4). The engine trans have to match (4cyl-4cyl AT, and 6cyl-6cyl AT?).

What years can I look for (browsing car-part.com)? Can I expand my search by looking for a 4runner trans? And Im assuming im safe by staying with an engine with less than 100k?

Bump im interested in the above trans if its only got 63,000 on it I would think its In pretty good shape (fluid filter run it)

How can I tell the diff between a v6 and a 4cyl a340F..
