Hey guys doing some work on the bead and ended up stripping these bolts. I've gone to multiple stores looking for the bolt and no one seems to have it. I'm trying to avoid having to spend $80 for 2 new tie downs and all I need is the bolts. Does anyone know what the bolt is?

The issue is, the bolt is collared. It has to be so that the D-ring can swivel.

You can buy an independent collar and use proper size bolt.

    Yes, You could.
But that would require finding the right collar size.
One may have to get handy with a lath, mill, or rudimentary file and drill method.

Thanks! Didn't know it was called a shoulder bolt. Should have thought of McMaster.
Learn something everyday on the forums.
Hopefully, the op has luck with that and maybe posts back.
