i've been fighting this..i bet you are underspined. call them to verify.

my bow is shooting the 7595's. one step stiffer than yours, i still get a tailwag, that i am guessing is caused by being underspined. i am going to order six arrows one step even further on the stiff side...check the gold tip charts. it states that shooting a fast bow..you need to move one box to the right, stiffer.

7595 are one step up in stiffness from the 5575's. then they just call them 300's from that point.

i am shopping for velocity XT 300's.

You prefer gold tip over other brands, I've never shot gold tip so I thought what the heck I might as well try em.

gold tips are great arrows. i used to shoot them and the only reason i stopped was (at one point in time, they have now fixed this) they arrow weights were not consistent. i now shoot axis nano 340's. but only because i changed back when and now i have to many to just change back.

my first reaction is 55/75 are on the light side also but may be ok. your arrow's length will play a big part in it. the shorter your arrow the less spine you need (to a point) my friend is shooting a destroyer 340 at 70 pounds with a 28 in draw but his arrow are cut at 26 1/2. he is shooting a axis 400 (lower spine them my 340's). his shoot just fine, i however could not shoot 400's because they would be under spined (plus to short) at my arrow length of 29. so depending on the length they cut your arrows at you might be ok. remember one thing you can always go one step higher in spine (heavier/stiffer) but you should never go lower.

AF, try heavier tips in your arrows, or i should say what grain tips are you shooting, what arrows and what length?

FOC plays a part in arrow flight if you are to low you will get tail whip. the idea is the arrow should be pulled through the air and not really pushed. i know this sounds weird but it works. my same friend as above had a big problem with his arrows and his am32 last year. i finally got him to change from a 85 grain to a 100 grain head and that solved his problems.

they you are right on the line, i would think 75/95 would have been a better fit for this bow and setup. first off are you going to shoot the bow at 70 pounds? 2. have they already cut them and if not can you call them and see if they will give you 75/95.
if you already have them then shoot it at longer distance and see how they fly.
did they paper tune it for you? if not try that also and see what kind of tare you get.

again feel free to give me a call you got my number.

Yes 70lbs, and yes they already cut them and it's already sent out. Pretty sure they didn't paper tune.

I'll call you about paper tuning, never done that.

Has anybody ever owned or shot a Quest bow?

Found one I can get for a pretty good deal, and from what I have read online they seem to be a pretty good bow!

you need to shoot it and see how it fits/feels to you. a great deal is only a great deal if it fits you, otherwise it is a pain in the ass trying to figure out why you can not get the damn thing to tune.

Bow Tech Destroyer 350 with out a doubt is the smoothest shooting bow I have ever shot. I've shot PSE, Mathews, Bow Tech, Browning, and Hoyt. My Dad just got the destroyer 350 and its incredible. I shoot the bowtech Guardian and love it as well. If your looking to save a little check out the diamond bows by bowtech.

i just ordered .300 spine arrows.

numbah..i bet even the 7595 arrows will be underspined. GT's website states for high speed bows. (+315 IBO) you move one arrow to the right.

good luck. the first time i shot a 5575, i almost laughed. the thing could shoot around corners. bright side..easy to determine. just take 4 turns out of the limbs and the broadheads pulled in tighter. if you only shoot fieldtips, you will almost never know.

It turns out they sent me 340's because of the speed of the bow but just like yours they whip like a mofo when leaving the bow, looks like 300's for me to.

make sure. is this with fieldtips or broadheads? like i said. if you crank down on the limbs..(how many turns? check your manual)..if they fly better...yup, you need different arrows.
