Although I just filled up like 2 days ago, I added 5 gallons of BP 93 today for $0.299 a gallon. Someone screwed the pooch. Total was like $1.57, just wish I had time to go get some gas cans prior to them changing the price back to $2.999.

I'm with ya brotha on the Wal-Mart/Sam's gas. All fuel must meet ASTM Standards. The cost is what the others put in the tank to make their's different if they do make it different and don't just stick it in the consumer's ass and say they do....

There really isn't much difference between different brands of gas. The base products all come out of the same tanks and have a VERY small percentage of additives added. Seriously, the product tanks here are 80,000 gallons and the additive tanks are like 3000-4000... and the product tanks empty more often than the additives.

Also, people who claim to have bad gas from one supplier are dealing with a contaminated gas station or delivery truck; otherwise the contamination originated at the tank farm (or even in the pipeline), then ALL gas stations that receive product from that farm will be receiving the same contamination.

    Whatever is cheapest. Usually Quicktrip

Gas is gas, it is all the same. It comes through the same pipeline.

I buy my gas from the wawa convenience stations locally. My theory is that since there is no franchisee I don't have to worry about getting diluted fuel so someone makes a little bit extra on the fuel they sell.
