Honestly what you are looking for probably doesn't exist. The most limiting being a 4 season toy hauler under 6k lbs. Keep in mind you probably at most want a toy hauler 4000-4500 lbs dry to account the weight of your cargo. Being the most limiting you probably need to ask yourself how important is 4 seasons. Can you get by with a 3 season with heated water tanks?

I have KZ Sportsman Classic 180TH. It does alright, however towing 9mpg on a 21G tank gets old. I'll probably trade it in for a Tundra.

Not that it fits your needs but the new Wolf Pup 18RJB looks good on paper for what I might like.

    Cool

I have a custom tuned 420hp v8 Tacoma and 1 ton axles, why would I trade it in for tundra? Weight isn't an issue. I live in Montana and I would like 4 seasons. Hotels are 70 a night at my discount. That's a lot of damn money for being forced out of town. I looked at that one and it's on the list.

    I saw that one too

Also, this isn't just for work. I'm trying to find the best trailer that will fit all of my needs. I can build it and modify whatever I need to. I may just find something older and make it into what I want. I'm going to check out a Northwoods Nash 22ft trailer today. That will help give me an idea.

1st gen I'd say you want to stay around 3000 lbs dry because the tow limit is 5000 lbs on them with factory tow package.

That would put you in the area of the Winnebago Micro Drops around 17-18' or the same in the Micro Minnie's. With those you would be able to have a slide out also but it cuts down on your GVWR for the trailer.

In a Keystone a Bullet Colt, one of the smaller Passports and Passport ROV's. All Keystone Toy Haulers are 5ers.

Don't know of any Forrest River toy haulers that would meet that weight.

Yes. They are an option too but really expensive in comparison.

Well I talked to a Nash dealer and she said that there will be a bunk house model that has a rear door and it just so happens to be the right size for a dirt bike... so I think that pretty much settles it. If I need to take a quad I will just toss it in the bed.

    Hotel.

Unless your company is going to pay for the trailer, all mods, gas, insurance, maintinence, roadside assistance and additional funds per mile driven to cover wear and tear on the truck just so you can break even in this whole deal its not worth it.

I’m very anti-camper unless its paid 100% cash and the value of the camper/trailer and truck do not exceed 50% of your take home pay.

They are expensive and a very quickly depreciating asset.

You are going to wear out your Tacoma substantially faster and incur a substantial cost for the trailer. Its not worth it if your company is not 100% in.

First, the company isn't going to pay for anything.

Second, why would I pay a hotel that kid of money out of my own pocket? I could buy the thing cash money in 6 months.

Third, They are no more expensive than buying a new car/truck (I would bet you wouldn't tell someone not to buy a new Tacoma) which as everyone knows deprecates drastically once you drive it off the lot.

Forth, My Tacoma has MORE motor (and custom ecm tunes) than a mid 2000s chevy 2500, the same brakes as a 09+ 3500 dodge cummins, tell me again how I'm going to wear out my truck?

I have a small camper, 16' and 3k pounds, no way would I want to tow something every other month. The aerodynamics suck
