What can do to get rid of the front end sag caused by the weight of my winch? I lost almost an inch of ride height. Can I just replace shocks with better shock, or should I replace the coil springs ?

The shock does not provide lift, that's the coils and assembly.

Cheap end is going with OME or toytec coils and adjustable BILSTEIN 5100s

Thank you, should I go to a heavy duty coil, like a 700lb. Or stick with a 600lb.?

Which bumper do you have? Do you know how much extra weight you have.

I have a custom made winch mount under and in front of stock bumper. Approximate weight of winch and mount is around 130-140 lbs.

Go with some 600lb springs, or 650 if you're planning to add a steel plate bumper. 700 is too much even with a full steel plate bumper+winch.

How about a set of suspenders? You could run a couple of straps from the front of the truck to the back. :rimshot:

Or if your winch has too much sag a newwer model or plastic surgen are often a go to.
