Are you sure the throttle is closing completely? That's all I got.

You do lube the throttle linkage at least at every oil change ??

Have you checked around the pedal that the pedal is able to move freely ??

Pedal is moving freely did not lube tb. I just went thru my first oil change last month. What is best for lubing white lithium grease. Graphite grease or just plain?

Mine did this after cleaning sensors and throttle boddy and changing vaccum hoses. After about 4 days everything was back to normal

Could it be related to your AC? Usually when the defrost/AC is on the idle speed is bumped up due to the increased load of the compressor. I can't say for sure this happens on my truck, never noticed, but every other car I have had did this. I don't know how this functions though, i.e. what to test or which might be malfunctioning if it is. However you might try cycling the AC on and off by hitting the AC button (with the HVAC fan on) and see if you notice any change in the idle speed.
