Do the new Maxtrax Minis also come with backpack straps? You could use them as snowshoes.

I swear I asked this exact question in the MaxTrax forum already, like 2-3 weeks ago. Looks like they deleted it! I was just trolling, so I guess the bastards are on to me. Since it almost seems like OP created an account so he can post this question....maybe, just maybe, YOU ARE ALL BEING HAD.
I would go black, since I hear once you do that, you never go back.

I will. Maroon ones are in the mail.

I've been stuck where any less than 4 boards wasn't gonna get you anywhere. Can help to kind of make a "road" out from an obstacle esp in loose sand. Had one trip where we had to use about 12 and with the help of 2 helpers, make a rolling bridge through a massive snow drift in central UT.

Well shit, I only have one pair in black so I'm screwed. But most of the malls plow the parking lots around here, so I've survived so far. I don't affiliate with my college since they don't have a dominate sports program. But I am thinking red is the color I need as I have a black and red OR decals on the side of my silver truck. I don't want to look like an idiot!!1

I did get little bit of Utah snow on the truck first thing though! First trip out of box was to SLC. Didn't see many SLC punks though. As you can see, the important decisions are made for me. Black and red it is.

Where's home base for you? Lots of cool 4WD people in UT if you ever want to go play in the dirt.

I live in Seattle. We were down there as my son was looking at UofU, and attending a baseball camp there. Love Utah, spent more time there outside of Washington...ok spent a fair amount in AZ too. But many weeks of mountain biking in the Moab area in the past.

I'm a Washington native more or less. Marysville was my stomping grounds as a kid, then moved back after college for a while and lived in Renton. I miss that place, but not enough to move back.
