Mine went in like a glove, literally. It is very precise and doesn't rattle in the least (which I had been wondering about prior to purchase since I do a lot of off-roading.) In fact, I'm going to need to file down the slot the lock blade slides into since the powdercoat is a bit rough and makes it harder to close than it should be e.g. my kid wouldn't be able to turn the dial even if unlocked.

I ran across this one on EBay for ~$230 plus tax. I found a couple threads here mentioning it, but nobody has posted pics that I found. My E&G safe in my Ford used the same key or combo lock as the Toyota model. I prefer four digits, but that lock was easy to use and smooth.

I've got the Lock'er Down, it's very well built. Fits up to 5" barrels upside down and multiple mags.

Also not mentioned, the Lock'erdown comes with a very powerful rubber-coated dual magnet so you can keep your pistol from sliding around inside.

I installed the $241 factory Toyota console safe today, took under 10 minutes. It fits perfect and seems well built. The lock is the same E&G my Raptor used with the key backup. The disc on the lock wasn’t finished property, so I had to use a file and clean up the edges. There is no spring to automatically open this safe, but that’s fine with me.

Here is the rough edge I smoothed with a file.

Another fan of the Locker Down console safe here! Mine's been in since December, works great, very easy to use, no keys to keep track of or take-up space and almost looks factory.

I have the lockr down as well. The inside is smaller than the inside of the plain console, so I doubt the organizer would fit as is. Likely being made of plastic, it could probably be trimmed enough to fit, though.

I’m guessing it won’t fit a side car type holster in there will it?

    Nothing major
I went with the Tuffy as well, love the price vs the others and I also appreciate how the overall height sits lower than the others, allowing some room for small things that don’t need to be locked up.

The lack of side walls is a non issue to me, it’s plenty sturdy. I’m not storing a firearm though, just using it to lock up my wallet, phone etc while we’re in the ocean and don’t want to leave valuables on the beach or otherwise out.

Nope, I'm not even sure they offer one. Mine just has the four dial combination lock. Bonus that you can set your own combo.
