I replaced the clock spring on mine and it made a click sound while turning the wheel but eventually went away on its own.

So to update on my particular case, I figured it out on my own after the dealer didn't even really try despite having it for 5 days and having a senior tech drive with me to hear the noise (so they couldn't do the usual "we couldn't reproduce the sound"). I was sitting in the driveway with the truck idling while I was putting a destination into waze and I started hearing it click. It was a windy day, and I opened the door to see if it was audible from outside the truck and it was. I stepped out and realized it was coming from right behind the driver's side front wheel. There is a rubber flap there to separate the wheel well from the engine compartment, and the left and right punch clips at the top of the two flap sections had popped loose. What I was hearing while driving was those flaps occasionally being blown up hard enough that the punch clips were whacking into the wheel well. Inside the truck it apparently sounded like a click. I pushed the clips back in and the noise is gone.

I just had this exact thing happen on the passenger side.

I have the same noise under these circumstances as well. Mine is an 10/'23 with 5K on it. I'm going in for my 5K service + recall tomorrow and going to bring this up.

Great, please post what they say.
In 2020, I met with a 'master mechanic' at my local dealership, we were able to recreate the sound. So we took a new 2020 TRD-OR off the lot on a test drive, it did the exact same thing.
Seems normal. Probably a brake actuator or something. I don't even notice it any more. I'll listen for it next time I drive the truck and message the results here. Who knows it may have gone away over time/use?

Sorry for the late reply here, forgot about this thread… I’m at my dealership now for the 10k service and let them know about the noise. The service advisor asked to replicate the noise and of course I couldn’t get the noise to come on at the dealership. For some reason once the truck is warmed up it doesn’t make that noise going from P to D.
