Hello everyone! I recently did a suspension overhaul and I'm almost done, I just have one wheel that is really off. It does not seem like an alignment will fix the issue. The wheel is seriously turned inwards! I have new upper and lower control arms. New Moog cam bolts. Bills 6112. New inner outer tie rods. Made to same length as original rods. The driver's side seem perfect . Ready for alignment. But the passenger side is scaring me. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong during install? Or is it common to have a tire this far out of alignment. Thank you!
Edit. I should add that I even removed and cleaned up the A-frame. Also replaced the inner and outer dust gaskets that attach to the CV and frame. ( Didn't know I should have done that when I replaced the hubs, but I did that not too long ago. ) During the removal process, im sure I moved the steering wheel when mostly everything was disconnected. However I can't remember exactly what I was doing when I moved it. I'm wondering if it's possible to misalign the hubs if you move the steering wheel. Also. My steering wheel seems a little stiff when turning left and right. Wondering if that could be connected. Or maybe I am over thinking this too much. I wish a had a picture of it, but the actual hubs alignment is definitely off.

I would adjust it close as i could and take it straight to the alignment shop. With all the new parts nothing will be like the old

I remember looking at the truck earlier and noticing that the hub was angled differently even before anything was assembled. I do remember moving the steering wheel when I had stuff apart. Could I have messed something up while doing that?

Check that your alignment cams aren't upside down on that side. It might limit your adjustment.

Take it too an alignment shop that knows what they are doing and see what they say.

It just needs an alignment, looks normal after a bunch of suspension stuff was replaced

Did you count threads on the TREs before swapping in the new ones?

If the tie rod ends are set to the same length as before the lift, I wouldn’t expect the alignment to be correct post lift, due to how the geometry of the suspension/steering components change as the whole assembly moves through the suspension’s travel. My bet would be on getting it aligned. Cam bolts may have been installed in a less than ideal orientation as well.

I reread it twice and he didn't write that he lifted it, he wrote that he rebuilt it. He also wrote he tried to match the tie rod lengths. Since the tie rod lengths were matched and I don't think it was lifted then both wheels should be pretty straight. With the tied rod lengths matched, turning the steering wheel with everything disconnected shouldn't affect anything. I'm wondering if the tie rods were installed upside down on one side or something weird and accidental like that, but I do not know.

I'm just trying to help without giving out misinformation.

Stiff steering too, something isn't lining up, tie rod orientation is the only thing I can think of but again - I do not know.

Boot on pass cv seems scrunched up.
    Driver side seems stretched.
Pull wheels off double check work.

Also claw hammers are for houses lol

He probably needs a bigger hammer, maybe a sledge hammer would work better, with a really looooong handle. Duct tape too, gotta use duct tape.

I can't tell if the tie rods ends are upside down on my cell screen. Steering rack rod angles look right which would indicate ends are installed correctly since tie rods were measured.

Is the second pic from above taken with the wheels off the ground? Lower the jack and see if the wheels straighten out

This may sound like a dumb question but is there a difference in tie rods for left and right. Like one longer/shorter than the other

From what I remember they're the same part number. So, should be same length.

As mentioned by others, after redoing bunch of suspension components, even when trying hard, things will get themselves out of alignment.
If your preffered alignment place is far, just bring in your tre in a bit more, and just have them fix it up properly.

It could be argued, but... Installation of Bilsteins 6112 is an indication of lift. At least in most instances.

I noticed that mention, however most parts were listed as new and the 6112's were not written as being new and were only listed as being in the build. That one part wasn't written clearly and could have easily just been reused.

If the 6112's weren't installed before then quite fretting OP and go to the alignment shop. If that's the case your alignment should be way off.
