What did I do?!?!

What could I have done to deserve this sticker? And who put it there? I just saw it the other day so no telling how long it’s been there or how it got there. I guess I’ll have to start carrying one less pack of hot dogs to camp on the weekends.

 

Can't say I've ever seen that before, even 50lb accessories don't need that haha.

Id have to check but I wonder if that is my VIN on the sticker. That would definitely lead me to believe that Toyota put it there.

 

And I just went to QDoba on Sunday and brought one home. I hope I didnt overdo it.

 

Whenever they add some stuff to the truck they have to deduct from the capacity.

 

But what could have possibly been added that could have prompted them to feel like it was necessary to tell me that I can now carry 1 pound less than I could before? And then to feel strongly enough about it to put a sticker to remind me just so that I dont forget?

 

My last Tacoma had the exact same sticker too.

 

OK well at least I know its a real thing. At first I thought someone was messing with me but I dont know anybody that has a sticker printer.

What a waste of time.

 

I just hope I remember to ask them next time its at the shop.

Have one on my 2010 DBL Cap TRD Sport. The dealer changed the wheel and tires from the stock 17" to the 16" TRD Beadlock wheels and 265/70X16 tire. Some federal requirement regarding load caring capacity. Mine says the same 2 Lbs per wheel.

Yes. I do have the tow package. But I cant be expected to haul anything while doing so I guess.

 

My truck has this same sticker and weights. Only option my truck had was chrome exhaust tip.
Forgot, mud flaps also.

 

I've got one on mine. Don't remember what it shows for a weight, something like 5 pounds. The only thing that came as an add on is mudflaps, all weather floor mats, and door sill protectors.

 

I didnt get the door sill protectors. I added them though myself so I guess the joke is on them. Im really reduced by 2kg or 4 lbs.

 

I have one on my truck also. It comes from the dealer I believe. Mine came with the bed step and carpet floor mats.
