This a great sharpening tool, i do recommend practicing on some older knives that you dont really use anymore until you get the hang of it.

Right on Kelly...thanks. I need all the tips I can get. It is a very cool device. I've played around with it, starting on an old Gerber. It's bad ass. Changing out the belts for different surface/grit gets a fine edge.

Biscuits did me a solid. Both gifts are awesome & I guess there's more coming. :D

Thanks a TON Eric. I "think" these are high lift and quick fist mounts that mount on a 2nd gen bed rail track? Even though I have a 1st gen, I will DEFF make use of them. My wife got me the Hi-Lift for xmas and I was just telling her yesterday that I would have to "engineer" some type of mounting system. Well, you just moved me right on through design and fab mounts….. Thanks so much! The gloves will be getting dirty very soon and the drill bits will be put to great use. I've got a shovel with the fists name on it as well. Thanks again.

How the box arrived…I think it's all there….

Glad to see you got it and looks like everything is there despite the torn box!
The brackets are actually specific to the 1st gen!... just came out with them (been testing on my truck for a little while(and yours have been edited slightly in design))), they're not even on my site so let me know how you like them please! I recommend attaching the hilift brackets to the hilift at either end and marking the drilling locations on the bed rails, then drilling the holes, and bolting them in with the top of the bracket hidden on the back side of the bedrail as seen in the attached pic.
The other brackets are for the other side of the bed with the quickfists attached via the small machine screws in the hardware pack. to hold a shovel or axe :)

Sounds like I ended up with a perfect gift with ya getting the hilift for christmas! Great accident there. :D

Haha, I've been scouring your site looking for them. The fact that they are not on there now explains a lot! The picture you just posted clears it all up, thanks. I am so stoked about these. "Perfect gift" does it no justice. Spot on.

    BISCUITS, Thanks again brother!

In addition to the Annihilator Wrecking Hammer & Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener UPS delivered on December 24, BISCUITS sent me a AntennaX antenna delivered today.

    It will promptly be installed.

Thanks man. Anyone of the gifts would have been great but, getting three great gifts is way more than I expected.

    BISCUITS is "The" SS! :D

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Got home late last night, and still nothing. Maybe when I get home from work today?
