Pretty easy print. Just need the diameter of the circle at top where the insert will pass thru, and the height from bottom to top. Can be printed with or without the lip, I'd prolly go for the lip myself.
Is this designed to be turned upside down and sunk into the gravestone when not in use?

Think that's pretty much what @Pyrotech is gonna do, but will get a better idea once I send him the file over

The vase will sit on a flat, cemented part that's part of the gravestone

It's normally the leaf blowers that end up knocking them over causing them to break - this way a metal one falling over will only get scratched

Be happy to share the file to you just because, if you want to make one out of a 3D print

I wouldn't know what to do with the file, I barely have a high school edumacation :D.
Just the diameter of the top circle and inside height in mm or inches would be fine. My printers have been idle for a few months now.

You could. Or a simple ruler across the top and down inside would also be fine.
I'm guessing from your pic and table grid the top internal diameter of the circle is 50-60mm across and the depth around 230ish mm?

It's wet, that's the only reason why I don't physically mess with it

Dimensions from the surface of the bottom plate to the bottom of the top plate is 7.2" - add the 0.125" thickness of the circular top and you have a distance of 7.325" from the surface of the bottom plate to the top of the opening

    Screenshot 2025-09-22 154757.png

Outer diameter for the circular top is 1.77"

    Screenshot 2025-09-22 155010.png

The inside hole diameter for the top is 1.27"

Got it. Not as girthy as I thought, and a tad shorter. :anonymous:
32mm x 185mm should fit inside unless my math is wrong.
A rolled lip on top to sit on the plate, or make the lip full outer diameter to sit on top of the vase and look less like a plastic condom.

It is small though for sure, but it's twice as tall as he originally requested.

And if he really likes it (because I just told him I'd do something different), I'll make a larger one out of 3/16".

He doesn't know what it looks and won't know until I mail it out.

It should hold a half dozen long stems just fine.
Water may or may not last a whole week. But the roses generally don't last that long either.

Picture he private messaged me only had 3 roses in it, which makes sense for the small vase request

Figured something more elegant looking is much more appropriate

lol - the files for the B1 actually come with .stls for C3POs head, so you can make a Geaosian B1 with C3POs head, like in the first battle of Geonosis.

Do you have the file? I can easily print whatever you want if you have the file. As you've seen, my Fusion skills are lackluster at best.

Didn't expect you to make/send 4 as I'm not sure how he'll like the vase but still, greatly appreciated.

He still thinks he's buying something but I'm gonna be shipping it out today to him.

Anyone have a good midland hand mic clip that mounts to a molle panel? I've been meaning to draw one up but my OCD perfectionist is taking over and I just haven't been able to come up with something I like.
