Car right before the Tacoma was a 2007 Acura RDX Turbo AWD. So now I get the same MPG, and I don't have to buy premium. WIN!

2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT 4wd. Everything on the truck I built from scrap metal laying around except the front ARB winch bumper that I cut up and modified to work on my ST (it's from a '95 Land Rover Discoverer). The transmission finally went so I'm in the process of doing a SAS, H1 double beadlocks, 37's, complete drivetrain swap from a 1989 Ford F-250 with a 351w, C6, and 1356 manual transfercase. The front D44 is in but I need to move it forward about two inches and finish everything come springtime hopefully. It's sitting right now because I was seriously injured at work in August and can't work or work on the truck now.

Last year at this time and now...

    lol sadly a 2nd gen.

2006 2nd gen left for another car and came back to a 2012 2nd gen.

well the warden did, I prefer a vehicle w/o a bed like my 4Runner.

edit : she hated driving the rav4 v6 every day so when I got the chance to get another Tacoma I made amends, but man was I in the doghouse for years for making her get rid of her Tacoma.

Been driving a 2006 GMC Canyon for the last 9 years. Almost 172,000 miles on it. On my second engine though. Original engine was good for about 125,000 miles then the valve problems raised their ugly head. Truck would not idle.

I drove around for a couple of years with my foot on the gas and brakes at the same time...got really good at it!

After the engine swap to another inline 5...it's been fairly decent to drive. Made a round trip from Houston to Flagstaff, down to Phoenix, back up to Flagstaff and then back home here in Houston.

I purchased my '14 Tacoma Prerunner on July 19, 2014. I love it, I've been having fun making it my own and I am looking forward to a road trip in it once I get the supercharger installed. I love my Tacoma and the support we have from TRD.
