    What the hell can you do to a Tribute out of curiousity? My wife has a '03 Ford Escape (same truck underneath) with 183k and that has had very few and only minor problems.

    Of all the above cars I have owned, only the American brands gave me repeated trouble (Jeep & Plymouth)... The Japanese brands were all excellent, with Toyota being the best and Subaru and Mitsubishi a close second... Only had a radiator go bad on the Mazda.

    I had a 1964 Beetle before my Tacoma, and before the 64 I had a 1951. The 51 got stolen about 10 years ago, then the 64 was taken early last year. You have to love living next to Mexico!

    1990-1995 - 67 Camaro - 350, totally redone, miss it a lot, needed more practicality
    1995-2000 - 94 S10 4x4 reg cab - needed more room
    2000-2005 - 2001 Silverado 4x4 quad cab - gas was getting expensive, wanted to park in the garage
    2005-present - 2005 Honda CRV - just had kids, better gas mileage
    2009-present - 2007 Tacoma 4x4 double cab - kids are 5 & 3 - what the hell

    wow you don't really like to keep cars longer than a year from the looks of it.

    I had a 99 camaro z28, pretty modified. I miss the power so much!!! But its nice to be sittin up high when ur 6'7".

    97 chevy suburban 1500. 250k miles, and she is still runnin strong, she sits at my dads house and he uses her for fishing. Gosh I miss my flowmaster exhaust though....
