500 is average for a new one but if you look around you can find a good used Gen3 for 350 to 400

The price sounds reasonable. But as others have pointed out they are not hard to find used if you shop around. Police trade-ins are a safe bet, IMO. They are generally very well cared for, for good reason. A shop nearby was selling police trade in Glock 22's for $425 out the door. But if your heart is set on the Gen 4 then expect to pay close to $550-$600. Good luck.

As others have mentioned, there is special pricing for Police- and apparently others. Go this route if you can. When I got mine, the price was $435 OTD, and it was for any caliber, and size.

That was a few years ago though, so the price may have gone up.

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
we paid 300 something. G22 .40 gen 3. all are used and and have been carried on a daly basses. dad works for T.W.R.A (state wildlife resources) and when they got new guns we bout the old ones back. all have night sights and more mags.

IMO the speed loader is crap. never use it just easier to load 1 at a time by hand.

Concealed carry is a pain in the ass to get here..in nj, you need a special permit to buy handguns issued by the local police department, background check by state police..i was told it would be around 2 months to recieve it.

Got my G17 Gen 4 for $548 at one of the local shops. Gotta keep in mind the third mag that comes with the Gen 4's, sweetens the deal. But the new ones are down to $524 OTD at the shows around VA.

2 months is not bad. It took me a month to get my Texas one. Thats only bc the department of public safety issues them and they are on the slow side bc they also issue out drivers licenses.
