I found cars.com to be useless, most of the Pro's listed have already been sold / had already been assigned to customers before hitting the lot. autotrader.com was by far the most accurate in listing what was actually available to purchase during my searching.

I assumed "4 gallons of fuel" You know, gasoline, the stuff you get at a gas station that makes you go.:)

10 available in the DC metro area - most going at MSRP. You can still deal a little. One dealer offered 1% under MSRP, saw another sell for about $1500 under MSRP (if the price and time on lot are to be believed). I don't think allocation is thinning at all, or perhaps its just shifting regions. At least three dealers have indicated they have one more coming in (on top of what they have or have coming).

    2017 AT

    $47.5 Delivered to my door.
Waited for 3 months with deposits at 2 dealers who would sell below sticker but could not get allocation. Gave up and started shopping for dealers with stock on hand and will to deal some.

$43.9 plus TTL, dealer vig and delivery from GA to CT.
    Included:
    SE Toyato Tonneau (aftermarket)
    Predator Steps
    Tailgate Lock
    Glass break sensor
    Wheel Lock
    All weather mats
    Window tint
    Nitro tires
    Touchup paint
    Toyotacare Platinum

I've since sold the mats, steps and tonneau in lieu of upgrades, recovering about $1k in cash, so all in $46.5 Plus a small fortune on mods...

Never set foot on a dealership floor either. Time is money.
Think I got one of the best deals going for a Pro.

Bringing this back up. What are people currently paying on Pros? 10 in my area, with most on the lot 30-60 days.

End of Nov/Dec 2017 I paid $250 under MSRP for a '17 MT Pro in Cement after 4 other dealerships had mis-represented their pricing and ended up wanting over MSRP. I ended up driving 200 miles to NY for the deal

I'll be paying MSRP for the replacement Pro I just put a deposit on. Paid MSRP for the one that was totaled as well. Seems like in most large metro areas on the west coast they want $5-10k over.

It really depends on what region and if where you live dealers ARE adding a market adjustment over MSRP. Then you must decide if it’s worth the money and time to purchase from a dealer in another region or pay the market adjustment. Not sure what dealers asking for in Denver. In So Cal walking into a dealer and wanting to pay MSRP is extremely slim, more than likely would have to be put on a very long wait list. I’ve seen guys here in so cal purchase from other regions but there is a cost to that money and time you have decide if the savings is worth it... Good luck I do know for sure if you get the Pro you will be happy with your decision.

I also agree some of the dealers may be negotiatble on the market adjustment based on timing. My dealer wanted 10k over sticker I negotiated to slightly over MSRP paying 46k and felt I did better on my trade than intended so it was a wash. Also the dealer was down the street from where I live it was a Thursday night and did not want to spend the weekend dragging the wife and kid from dealer to dealer looking for the best deal. In the end I am happy that I went with Pro in blue rather than a loaded TRD sport or OR in cement gray which is what I originally was looking for.

Found mine for 42k, but involved a trade in as well so my numbers won’t be what you’re looking for. Good deals do pop up from time to time though so patience and a little luck can pay off. Found mine on Cars.com
