2005 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro. It was an awesome vehicle up to the 100K mile mark, then it immediately started falling apart and costing a fortune to maintain. The quattro AWD system was incredible in inclement weather. Got a decent trade-in value for it on my 2017 Sport. I drive the speed limit now. :D

2015 focus st great car never a mechanical issue in 100k Kms but the paint quality was terrible started peeling off after only 6 months of ownership from brand new. Ford fixed twice and on the second time the Ford body shop over sprayed the lights used the wrong white and shot about a quarter inch of clear around my roof rack decided I would get a truck and test drove every truck available and absolutely loved the taco still love it will probably keep it till it’s all used up

2015 Honda CRV. It was a good SUV for 5+ years but started having electrical issues around 60k miles. The trade-in value was still really high. I had an '04 Tacoma access cab previous and couldn't wait to get back into one...this time enough room for 2 kids.

    My '07 Trd OR PreRunner.

I don't hate dealers but I kinda smiled after their quick test drive of it. The guy said 'it's got a little shake when you pull away from a stop'. I said 'yeah, they all do that!' Needed a new CSB maybe?

It was also BADLY in need of:

    Tires
    Pads and rotors
    Spark plugs
    Air filter
    Trans fluid change
    Oil and filter change
    Was completely out of gas

    I think I did OK.

    I traded in a 2018 Forester.
Also my first and likely last.
I was lost on the Subaru hype (besides it handling well in snow).
Boring, boring, boring and gutless to drive.

My wife had a 2017 Outback, it was a good enough car that was an inexpensive lease. Very durable and reliable for the couple years we kept it. I wasn’t a huge fan of the CVT (although it’s the best CVT I’ve driven) but it was fun to drive on dirt roads or in the snow rally style. Generally it was vanilla like most Toyota vehicles, but very practical. My wife got rear ended while stopped by a drunk going 40+ and never his the brakes, she was ok and the car was still drivable with only $2K in damage. The car did it is job, so I will always respect the brand for that.

I traded in my 2016 370z that had been driven only 111 miles in 9 months, garaged most of the time. For my sports car I kept my 2016 Camaro SS 2SS with 455hp.

I made a little over $5,000 on the trade-in based on what I bought it for.

I traded in my Japanese-built 1999 4cyl Camry. It was a nice car.

Traded in "Evelyn" - my 2018 Chevy Colorado Redline. She was my first truck. Loved everything about her. Had absolutely no issues with the truck.

Still need to come up with a name for my Taco...

I am really happy with the change, no complaints with the tundra other than gas mileage, I used it mostly for towing cars to track days and some construction, hunting, etc.

The Tacoma has been great it's really versatile, and capable haven't had anything it couldn't handle yet. I use the Tacoma more and it takes me more places than the tundra would and it will still pull my S2000 if needed. Biggest complaint is playing Tetris to fill up the small box for big trips

2000 tundra, starting to have small issues but still ran and drove great. Never had any major issues, was definitely buying another Toyota but the new tundras were to big for me. Taco is about the same size as the old tundra. Hope the taco lasts 20 years.....

2014 Nissan Versa with bad cvt transmission but didn’t tell the dealer about it. Only got $4500 for it after 5 years after paying $16k for it new. Glad it’s gone.
