I like Subaru's as much as Toyota honestly.

Regarding pricing, I meant that it was a terrible trade deal on my end. I had purchased the Forester new for 31 and traded it in 3 months later for 22. I really wanted the Tacoma though lol.

Ah, got you. That's wild the Forester lost that much value. It was one of the main considerations when I was looking at them - Subaru resale values. That's good to know.

I traded in a 2016 Nissan Titan XD. It was terrible on gas (diesel), and lost ~12k in 2 years. The Tacoma is better in almost every way.

2019 ram 1500 limited 4x4. Loved it but it was depreciating like a lead weight and i had it middle 18 and put 37k on it. All the eletric nicetys were going to be an issue and have an early edition i couldnt save my radio/satellite srations for over a year and i am thinking it only affected a small number so i didnt think it was going to be fixed anytime soon. I def miss rhe interior space and places to put things.

Nothing. It was an addition to the company fleet.

    I’ll play:

2007 single owner FJ Cruiser. It never let me down through its 180k miles in 10 years. If I’d had the garage space, I would have kept it. Only repair I had was an alternator at 135k miles that I did myself. Everything else was regular maintenance.

Here's a few; last day and some around the house work shots.

2011 Jeep Wrangler 6 speed. Fun to drive around town and take off road (obviously), but got tired of the nonexistent practicality. Highway driving was not fun, the wind noise was debilitating at times. That 3.8 was quite lethargic as well, even when I had stock tires.

Sorry for the blurry pic, I had a crappy phone with a bad camera at the time.

2006 VW GTI. Loved this thing! Had it for 10 years before the switch. Handled Colorado mountain weather with a good set of winters better then I could have ever imagined for 5+ years. I traded a 14 Ram, for an 18 Sport and an 18 Sport for a 2020 OR.

That damn Ram... I was a dodge fanboy for years, but holy hell did Fiat ever put a clog in their pipes. Nothing but problems, like clockwork. Every 6 weeks it was in the shop.

With buying a 2019 Tacoma OR AC, I sold a POS Civic (mechanically fine but trashed paint and hail damaged), and I relocated my Jeep TJ from my house garage to a nearby 10' x 15' store unit.

My Jeep TJ that I moved to storage unit (along with some other junk... Tacoma's are much longer!):

My Tacoma now in the house garage (by about a foot!).
