What do I do with my fog light wiring?

Before I upgraded my front bumper I had morimoto fogs. Pretty much plug and play with the OEM fogs and connectors.

I installed my pelfreybilt bumper not too long ago, tossed in a winch and cali raised lightbar on the bottom - but could never seat my morimotos in the additional housings on the bumper for additional lights.

I picked up some BD squadron sports for a steal on BF.. I'm going to install them but the connectors (and power demand I'm sure) are not compatible. Which now brings me to my max mountable lighting in front down low once I install the BD squadrons. My question is now... What the heck to I do with the old OEM for light wiring? Electric tape then duct tape the shit out of it, wire tie it to something and forget about it? Is there another potential use? What have other people been doing?

If you just need to remove power to wires the easiest thing would be to remove the fuse that provides the power and maybe tape over that fuse location in case you forget why its fuse is missing.
If you want a more permanent fix you could cut off the connector and put heat shrink over the end of each individual wire then maybe tape them together and securely out the way, if you go this way I would still remove the fuse to be safe.

You just need the wiring adapters. OEM wiring is sufficient to power those lights, they draw less watts than the stock halogens.

Yeah I wrote a somewhat discouraged reply earlier and opted to delete it. My expectations shouldn’t have been so high for the Baja Designs package, not because it wouldn’t be nice to have everything you need to install the lights-but because multiple
Folks have written about this issue on the forum and I should have prepared myself. On all the forum posts there does not at first appearance seem to be an adapter that is appropriate with the Toyota harness male
and BD/weathertec female. I’m just going to cut and butt the wires.

Don't cut the wires. Get the mating cap and silicon plugs and terminate them that way. If nothing else, just zip tie them to something behind the bumper so they aren't flopping about.

Too late, cut em. Whatever I’ll drive this truck into the ground it’s so highly modified and customized to my liking.

But thanks for the advice nonetheless. I don’t feel like giving them any more of my money, calling them to buy a part, or really doing anything else but using the lights I bought ASAP. I hacked the wiring harness and got everything wired up real nice and water tight. Can reattach Toyota connectors later if I want

    Work in progress...
I use mine to power a set of led cube lights. I use the lights just like fog lights.
