If you're going to be offroading this thing, to "do it right" ditch the rough country lift. Like, kill it with fire.

Seriously, that is the cheapest lift on the market. Your Camburgs alone cost almost as much as that entire lift did. I personally wouldn't bother installing the Camburgs with that lift. You aren't gaining any performance with them.

IMO, spacers, lift blocks, and balljoint extensions are no way to design a suspension that's going to be taken offroad.

There are several threads on ways to "revert to stock" at which point you can then think about installing those Camburgs and legit coilovers. Your main hurdle is really just the stock crossmember that was cut in order to install the 6" lift (just google the installation instructions and you'll see what I mean). Those can be fabricated relatively easily (by an experienced fabricator) or find one off a wrecked truck and cut/weld it. Yes, it's additional work and expense, but if you're really intending to offroad with it, IMO it is worth it in the long run.

A well thought out 3" (or less) coilover suspension lift will run circles around any drop bracket style 6" lift, but especially the rough country ones. Even just budget friendly Bilstein 5100s are better. You don't actually gain ground clearance with a 6" lift, and the 3" keeps your center of gravity lower, and the suspension is over all stronger and will perform better without all those extra brackets and spacers.

Isn't this a bracket lift kit that required cutting the frame. Not sure if he can easily remove it.

Thank you for the feedback, and I do plan on taking it off road but nothing crazy tho or often but the main purpose is to use it for work when I start up my painting business, I’ll keep everyone posted once I get this all figured out

I mention that in my post. Not the frame per se, but one of the cross members.

He'd need a cross member fabricated or scavenged from a wrecking yard.

You can also cut the new lowered bracket to weld back in to hold the steering rack in the stock location. It has all the fitments.

It sounds like your “off roading” is more of a mall crawling build. Work truck to carry some ladders, painting supplies… maybe you should just return or sell the camburg UCAs and just replace the worn out “coilovers”. It looks like any stock replacement would work as long as you keep those giant spacers installed.

then in a few years if you still have the truck and want actual off road performance, remove the drop bracket lift and replace with stock height components and upgrade from there (camburg UCAs, true coilovers for 2-3” lift, proper clearance for bigger tires, gussets spindles, etc).
