New to the site and just bought an 02 prerunner 2wd reg cab 2.7L. I'm looking into putting a suspension lift on it. Nothing too big, 3" max, and I'm wondering What I need to know in advance as this would be my first lift I've ever done. Also any suggestions on the type of lift would be great!

Welcome to TW. Not sure on pre-runners but I hear a lot about longer spindles being the way to go for the pre-runners. It may help those pre runner guys to chime in if you mention your budget, type of off-roading (fast desert, trail, rock crawling, none) intended purpose of lift (fit larger tires, just for looks, get more articulation) etc. I have ICON remote res front and rear with Camburg UCA's and love this set up. congrats on your new truck, enjoy!!!!
