What do i need to swap normal axle, for a TRD e-locker?

    I have shitty 2002 SR5 without TRD. but i want to start doing some light offroading and i need a locking rear diff.

    ive been looking into swapping out my rear end and getting a TRD e-Locker.

    i dont really want and ARB cuz dont want to deal with an on board air compressor.
    what do i need, and what is the rough cost to do a swap like this?

    So im looking into Powertrax.

    whats the difference between the "Lock-Right" and the "Extreme traction" all i see is that the Extreme traction is more daily driver friendly. does it still perform the same?

    ive narrowed it down and im just deciding which one to get.
