I did my spark plugs instead of paying the dealers the ripoff price. I took on the driver side first which I believe was a total win since its the harder side - making the other side a breeze - less than 2 hours total.
Anywhoo, since I don't know anything about spark plugs - do these indicate any bad ju ju in my engine - or just look like standard, overused spark plugs?

    I see no worries.

Curious how many miles are on them?

They look good for 200k. It seems the cylinders and ignition are in good shape.

Is that a buildup of corrosion on the middle bent over electrode? See between the two dots.

With modern electronically controlled ignition, spark plugs last a lot longer than they used to. I am assuming you are at or near 60K miles, and if so they look about what you would expect them to look like. Good job on the swap.

Great question. Mine are nowhere near time to replace but I’m thinking about checking them.

The little tip that you see hanging down on the center electrode is made that way it’s not corrosion.

Cyl 1 looks coked up. You notice any burning oil? Or was that one noticeably looser than the others?

Haven’t noticed any burning oil. They all came out fairly easy.
