    FWIW, I know....THEY ALL say "15 to 20 h.p. gian", its BS.

    doesnt look bad, but im sure sure of the location of the maf sensor. may be a little stretched without extending some wires.

    ya, honestly i jut want that sweet wistle....do any intakes actually give u hp gain?
    im confused about what u are saying about the maf sensor?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    The TRD and the URD are the only ones I have seen give any h.p. gains, out side of the error margin of the dyno. The MAF sensor needs to be removed from the OEM intake, and installed in whatever intake you get. Not a big deal.

    Those "Ebay specials" are generally made very poorly. I DEFINITELY would not use the filter, though.

    do u think it would be better to buy those intake tube from like autozone and put a filter on?

    Im not a mechanic by trade, but I have been working on engines and such for a LONG time. :)

    I don't see that that would be any worse so sure. I personally don't believe there is much of a gain to be made with an aftermarket CAI on these trucks since the stock system already IS a CAI. Many of us have simply replaced the OEM filter with an aftermarket filter like the AFE ProdryS.

    If youwant it to "Wistle" find someone selling a throttle body spacer. Thats all they are good for.

    ^I think so, at the very least because it's reuseable so you save money in the long run.
