what is it that you carry. Armor, full face helmet - that kind of stuff.

I don't carry all that much and keep it pilled in a milk crate. shoes, bottles, gloves, riding food, embrocation, water, extra layers. it's easy to see and get to stuff in an open crate. as soon as i get back from a ride, i repack the crate and it's ready to go on short notice.

For small rides I through everything in a dewalt tote in my roof basket. For larger rides and more than four bikes I use my norco team 2 axle trailer

I have a Mountainsmith Bike Cube Deluxe for the daily riding essentials. http://www.mountainsmith.com/products.asp?productId=51&categoryId=45&subCategoryId=0&subCategory2Id=0[IMG]
I also have two Outdoor Products Storm Duffles that I use for hauling gear to races.http://www.outdoorproducts.com/Products/storm-duffles/27
I picked these up at Walmart for around $20 for the pair. These are nice, because you can throw them on the ground without worrying about anything soaking through the bottom of the bag.

the reason i carry a bag is that my buddy and i alternate driving to wherever we go and it is easier.

    typically it is:
    helmet
    camelbak
    shoes
towel (1 large for car seat and 1 small for post ride)
a couple of big water bottles (for post ride hose down)
    gloves + extras
    glasses
    tools/lubes/etc
    tubes

i found another Ogio that should work
    the "transfer"

I carry my stuff in my daughters swimming bag. It is mesh so everything can breathe, and air out. we know how all our things smell after a ride.

Wow you guys must carry a lot.

I pretty much just carry a multi-tool, spare tube, and a plastic tire changing tool which fits in my saddle bag under my seat. I also obviously bring a Helmet, gloves, and a Camel-back. I usually keep some gatorade in the truck for afterwards.

Full face + goggles in the car, shin, body armour and muddy shoes in the bed (along with the bike).

I use a Rubbermaid "Action Packer" plastic bin to carry all my gear (helmet, shoes, camelback, etc) in the bed. If it's wet out, everything still stays dry without me having to waste cab space. Also easy to clean out after muddy rides.

not my mountain bike, but you can see the bin:

got the Fox bag last night.....very nice!

    plenty of room.

the walls are padded as well (1/2" thick foam)
lots of pockets.....was finding pockets after i had thought i found them all (pockets behind pockets)

may need a small "pouch" the keep some of the more bag damaging tools in.

i guess bagking.com is sold out of them because i cannot find it at all (Fox Micro Gear bag)

like i stated previously, mine is not the only vehicle i go in.

i am considerate enough not to throw my shit around in someone else's vehicle.
