what do y'all classify as a tune up

    I'm going to attempt a tune up on my 06taco 4X4 v6 double cab but what is classified as a tune up and can it be done by a noob? and o ya where do I start and can y'all link me some how too's please

    dude its very simple. go to the mods & tutorial and there is a very nice write-up by chris 4x4 on how to do a tune up. very clear. its easy. change/gap spark plugs, clean maf and throttle body. if first time plan on 3 hrs max. you will be very surprised and happy you did it yourself.

    bilstein set at 1.75, Racho 5000 rear with 4 leaf kit, floor mats, high lift jack, pull hook in hitch, bed rail corner braces, severe duty brake pads and devil horns on the grill....
    I still think of a tuneup as point, condensor, plugs, cap, rotor, valve adjustment, and carb idle adjustment, usually with a four wheel brake adjustment and a clutch freeplay adjustment on the clutch rod.

    As for these Taco, I think they need plugs at 30k...
