I'm looking to get a Tacoma for the first time, though I've wanted one for years. I found a 2008 red, double cab, TRD OR, 4x4 with 32k miles for $25990.00. I know Tacomas hold their value but that still seems high for an 08. Do yall think that's a good deal, and what would you guess I could haggle down to? Thinking about starting off an offer of $24000.00. Thanks in advance.

Yep... It should be 23,900 to 24500 for that truck.

Seems high to me. What does KBB or NADA say? I looked at used when I bought and wound up paying what the used ones were asking for about 1-2 year old and 20-30k miles. I would offer lower, like 22k, all they can do is say no or laugh. Also, have you checked out Truecar.com?

    same shit as everyone else
I paid 2K more then that for my 08 TRD OR 4x4 with 2 miles on it almost four years ago. AC and DC were almost the same price if I remember correctly. So I'd say thats way too high.

I looked on KBB and Edmunds and both are listing this truck for more than the dealer has it. I think Edmunds said around 26.5k and KBB said around 28k. But again both seem high for that year even with that low mileage.

just keep lowballing. dont seem too interested in the truck otherwise they're gonna stay firm on the price. pretend you found the same truck somewhere else for cheaper, that usually brings the price down. remember they want your business, they need the money. hustle hard!
