    4 run, 2 don't
If I'm loaded up and there's a trail out to camp, 20psi.

If it's just to run trails, 15psi.

    I'm rocking 235/85/16 Falken AT3W

15 psi on crawling trails, 20psi on 2wd or 4hi friendly trails

    ~8 psi in sand

E rated tires are able to be aired down to about 10psi give or take since the sidewalls don't flex and roll as much as a lighter load tire will.

I would suggest getting a portable air compressor (a good one that connects to the battery terminals directly - not one that plugs into the cig lighter) for airing up after the trail

I just want to reiterate what @eon_blue said.

15-20 psi for sure. I have my deflators set at 18psi and always start there. If the trail gets harder or I just feel more traction is necessary, I'll go to 15. Never really needed less than that. In sand, I would *start* at 15 psi, and go lower as needed. 10 is pretty good, but keep in mind the lower your pressure, the more likely you will blow a bead. If you get back to a part where you are going faster, air back up a bit.

That brings me to Ryan's other point. 100% you need a compressor if you will be airing down. Viair is pretty much the "gold standard" for compressors/pumps, and they really aren't that expensive. My 400P was like $150, and is pretty much the size you'd want for those 33's. There's a more budget friendly 88P which technically would work, but it will take longer to inflate per tire, and you're stressing the pump more than necessary. Get a 400P for sure.

FZJ80 37’s locked blah blah 1st gen taco dual case d44 crawler
I’m on 37’s though but I run on steel black wheels (better grip on the beads compared to aluminum)

normal trail riding 15psi front/12 rear

Rock terrain( Rubicon) 10psi front/8psi rear

I’m normally lightly loaded, spare tire in the rear bed, 2 camping boxes, tent/sleeping bag/fold out table/chairs when I go out for a couple of days.

I pretty much always run 8psi for the rocks regardless of my wheel/tire setup. Never have broken a bead yet.
