When I was 16 I was a gardener, learned a good bit about plants and it's nice to have the knowledge, started college at 17 and took a few auto tech classes, learned the basics and decided it wasn't a career for me, more of a hobby, moved to Ms. at 18 and shortly thereafter got a job at a dealership as a lube tech, worth it because of the knowledge i learned using the mount and balance machines, got laid off after a few months (going into slow season) and went back to college and took 2 semesters of welding and cutting tech while working part time with my dad with his new business (Small tractor/dozer work), he drives and does the jobs, I repair the equipment.
Currently finishing my 2nd semester of welding class, graduating december, and taking a test for a shipyard on the 30th, but long term is get an associates, work the shipyard for a few years, and go into LE.
