Ridiculously busy. Brining apprentices in from other states cause the hall can't churn them out fast enough.

Wow that's great, I was out there a couple weeks ago for a wedding and it looked like it. Little slow here at the moment, feast or famine as usual.

Definitely feast. I managed to get a Ironworker job with the city a couple years ago. No more famine.

Commercial fashion photographer (in-house, full time) for Leon Max, Inc/Maxstudio.com...women's clothing company.

I get to photography beautiful women all day for a living :bananadance:

I'm exaggerating a bit, day-to-day stuff is mostly product and website related. The big lookbook and editorial shoots are a few times a month.

I work for Habitat for Humanity here in Austin, helping families get into homes and eventually pay off their mortgages! I love it.

I'm a combo of HR, compliance, and operations management. I'm a lawyer, but my focus was always on business law and transactional work (negotiations, dispute resolution and conflict management, striking deals with clients, employment law, avoiding litigation, etc.), so working inside a business, as opposed to inside a law firm, is my thing.

My "side job" that I hope to get going soon for the sheer fun of it is making traditional archery bows, arrows, and gear. I'm hoping to move somewhere with more open space and get a small garage shop going by the end of the year!

Nice. That sounds like a sweet side job. I used to work with a guy who made sinew backed recurves. He showed me how to make a blow gun out of thistle.

Very much appreciated. We don't hear it often, but it sure is nice when we do!
