    Man, sorry for the late response , i came down with a wicked flu and have been in bed for the last few days. Unistrut is a metal attaching point for conduit ( im an electrician ), so i bolted the strut to my bed, and then the tool box to the strut. This keeps the box off the bed mat if its wet and makes it easier to remove the box if i need the space. The strut comes in few sizes, 7/8, 1 5/8, and so on. i only have this one pic if it helps.IMG_20150815_150152125.jpg

    Hey Glen, so does a washer/bolt slide into the unistrut and then up and into the toolbox? right now I have my toolbox bolted to the front bedrail with some flat iron and bolts. I like the idea of elevating the box and securing it like you did.

    Hey Rob , so yeah i bolted the strut right to the bed using stainless hardware and then also using stainless hardware from the toolbox to the strut. I used some 3/4" long 3/8 bolts and some strut nuts that sat in the strut.
