Walther PK380. Super light and im a dead eye with it. Obvious choice. But that's just my opinion.

kind of fun to go back and see the old posts

i never carry a single gun i listed a year ago except the G22

nowadays it's either the G27, S&W 442, or Ruger LCP

i gave the Charter 357 to my parents, and traded the bodyguard away on an LCP

Bodyguard is a nice gun, but I found myself missing my LCP more and more the longer I had the BG...

The G27 really only serves as when I'm going on a trip somewhere

Ok, So what is your reason on not carrying the G27? is it to cumbersome?

I am just wondering, considering the only weapons I have IWB CCW is the glock 23 and 1911. I have never carried a revolver, but do understand why people do it. So, is it the weight?

almost exclusively weight, however i don't wear super loose clothing and with a bigger gun, sometimes my shirts will get caught on them and print badly

both the LCP and 442 fit in my pockets, and are light weight enough that I can comfortably carry them without a belt or on my ankle should the need arise

i live, work, and play all in the same area...it's also the area i grew up in and spent all 30 years of my life in

I run into people i've dealt with at work on an every day basis and most of my area isnt what i would call nice

I don't carry because I'm scared...i carry because I know what can happen around here

Because of that, I have to find ways to have SOMETHING with me any time I go out

I always carry as well. The reasons you mentioned as well as you being LEO give ample enough reasons to always be prepared my friend

I carry a Beretta PX4 Storm subcompact in .40S&W in a cross breed holster in the warmer months, and my S&W 1911 PD in a shoulder holster when I can comfortably wear a jacket.

This. I carry my bobbed .38 SPL air weight because I can carry it no matter what I'm wearing with no prep. Pocket holster in pocket and go. I literally carry 360+ days a year, I suspect a lot of folks who say they carry a 1911 don't actually carry all the time. Some do, most don't. I want something I can have on me all the time without fail with no excuses. A pocket gun is the only way I can pull that off. I've started carrying 158 gr soft hollow points and don't feel undergunned at all.

Carried a M&P .40 Compact for about a year, sometimes a Ruger LCP when I had board shorts or no belt on.. but recently started carrying a Glock 23 if my shirts are loose or I have a jacket on, then a Glock 27 if my clothing is a little smaller. Then a .38 Airweight for board shorts and all now since I sold the LCP. Night sights and Talon Grips on both Glocks.
